Even if it's just in the chatroom. Also, the involvement of beer gives it that buzz that only beer can do. Definitely becoming a regular.

Re: [EP73] That Is A Big Pink Hole

As a criminal defense attorney I'd like to say that what the cops were doing while Emily Good was recording them was not really a "routine traffic stop." She was trying to document potential racial profiling that the people in her community were worried was happening. If you notice, the person who the police had pulled out of that car was put in handcuffs and put in the patrol car. I heard that the person was never charged with someone. It's interesting that they were concerned about her taping what amounted to handcuffing a black man for no reason. She does have a right to stand on her own property and there's no law against recording police without their permission. If what she is doing is not illegal, the police do have the power to tell her to stop. The officer says on the recording that she had made anti-police statements before she started recording. From what I heard, she did not actually make any such comments. My personal feeling is that a cop with a gun, a can of mace and a tazer at the ready is disingenuous when they say a person with a camera causes them concern for their safety.

Re: [EP71] LIVE at Internet Week NYC 2011

Glad you could make it. Sorry we didn't meet in person. Thanks for coming out and supporting the show!

Re: [EP71] LIVE at Internet Week NYC 2011

The Future Of The Internet Is Still In The Hands Of The Users. Great To Be There Live. More Live Shows Please, It Just Works. The Free Beer Was A Classy Touch..Yup Yup™

Re: [EP69] Tickle My Nonni

Thanks! happy to have you as a part of the community!
